WATCH YOUR INTERNAL DIALOGUE.

Watch Your Internal Dialogue. 01/14/2014

When facing change that seems uprooting and disorienting, your internal voice will begin to speak up, even yell ignored. The voice forecasts doom and gloom, formulating catastrophe and distorted thinking. The voice will foreshadow all the things that could go wrong if you advance forward never affirming the positive outcomes that could occur?

Your inner voice has been trained by you and those subconscious thoughts are being filtered through your subconscious message center.

Nadiyah Yemi Khalid has overcome overwhelming personal and professional difficulties in her life journeys. She graduated from DeVry University of Columbus Ohio with an Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration and is currently working on her Masters Degree In Masters of Science in Psychology.Nadiyah is the mother of three children and on her life journey deals with everyday glories and ...setbacks. Nadiyah has emerged at a far different place from where she once started with a far more positive and humbling perspective on life than anyone could ever imagine.
Nadiyah Khalid has experienced the healing journey from despair to self-reliance that she so fervently wants others to take and embrace. From her troubled past, she has emerged as a winner and still work in progress. Nadiyah is committed to an eclectic message of divine power and self-determination. This motivational speaker and author has chosen to take her readers, supporters and audience by the hand and led them down the path of self-discovery, self-help, self-empowerment, and self-love. Nadiyah quotes one of her favorite quotes by public speaker Iyanlya Vazant"all this social and self-improvement was made possible, however, only by "tapping the power within."

If we think of life as a twenty-four hour day, we know to expect twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness." Arriving at this realization would point the way up and out of a valley. The way out always involves a choice: spiritual growth, faith, and strength, or in the words of public speaker Iyanlya Vazant "the stuff our grandmothers were made of, women choose faith in God instead of the things that provide illusory comfort.".
